  • Is an Indian citizen
  • Has attained 18 years of age
  • Is not a government servant (except as specifically provided in this Act)

Required Documentation

1) A copy of the PAN card for all directors/partners/proprietors of the applicant. If the applicant is a company then the PAN card of authorized signatories. For individuals who are not directors/partners/proprietors of the applicant. Also have any financial interest in it, they must also submit their PAN card copies

2) A copy of a recent photograph of all directors/partners/proprietors – if applying as an individual

3) Proof of address (self-attested) for each director/partner/proprietor – if applying as an individual

4) Copy of criminal background check report (self-attested) for each director/partner/proprietor.
